Appetizers

River Ridge Picnic Basket - 8.95.  Cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses, wurst, warm French bread and Roasted garlic grapeseed oil for dipping.

Olive Sampler - 5.95.  Various olives with shaves of parmesan, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  Served with French bread rounds.

Just the Bread - 3.00.  Warm French bread with Roasted garlic grapeseed oil for dipping. 

St. Andre's Triple Cream Brie - 16.95.  A generous wedge of cream French Brie served with plenty of fresh fruit and a loaf of warm French bread.

Just the Fruit - 6.95.  An assortment of fresh seasonal fruit.

Queso Para Frier (Fried Cheese) - 6.95.  Just cheese, no oil, no batter, browned in a skillet served with our fresh Salsa.

Crazy Queso Dip - 6.95. We start with onions and peppers, and end with hot, cheesy  goodness.  Served with tortilla chips.

Salsa and Chips - 4.95.  We make our salsa Fresh!  Served with tortilla chips.

Queso and Salsa with Chips -  8.95.  Get both our fresh Salsa and Crazy Queso Dip with tortilla chips. 

World Famous Mile High Nachos - 12.95.  A mountain of tortilla chips topped with seasoned ground beef, Crazy Queso, corn, black beans, fresh Salsa, pickled jalepenos, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.  Good for sharing.

Maple Dijon Spinach Salad - 7.95.  Fresh baby spinach, feta cheese, walnuts, roasted red peppers, red onion and bacon with our Maple Dijon salad dressing. Add chicken 3.00

Southwest Salad -  10.95.  Fresh chopped greens topped seasoned ground beef or grilled chicken, corn, black beans, shredded cheddar, fresh Salsa, sour cream and our Creamy Cilantro dressing. 

Chicken Salad - 8.95.  Chunks of grilled chicken, grapes celery and walnuts tossed in our lite mayo dressing with fresh rosemary.  Served with seasonal fresh fruit.

Italian Panini - 7.95.  Ham, salami,  Provolone cheese, pickled onions, roasted red peppers and our basil garlic mayo on grilled sourdough bread.

Grilled Rueben -9.95.  Corned beef, saurkraut, Swiss cheese and our dill Thousand Island sauce on grilled marble rye bread.

Southwest Chicken Panini - 8.95.  Grilled chicken breast,  Provolone cheese, Chipotle mayo  and jalepeno-cilantro-cumin sauce on grilled sourdough bread.

Ham and Brie Panini - 8.95.  Creamy Brie, ham, peach preserves and bleu cheese on grilled sourdough bread.

Chipotle Chicken Wrap- 7.95.  Grilled Chicken , chopped greens, pickled red onons and Chipotle mayo in a flour tortilla.

PB and River Ridge Jelly - 4.95.  Creamy peanut butter and River Ridge Rose jelly on whole wheat bread. 

The Works Burger - 9.95. Hand patted half pound beef burger topped with Cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, mayo, ketchup and mustard.

Pepper Jack Burger - 9.95. Hand patted half pound beef burger topped with Pepper Jack cheese, jalepeno sauce, lettuce, tomato, mayo and pickled jalepenos.

Swiss Onion Burger - 9.95.  Hand patted half pound beef burger topped with Swiss cheese, sauteed onions, roased red peppers and  basil garlic mayo.

Carrot Cake -  5.95.  Moist and delicious with plenty of Cream Cheese Pecan  Icing.
